I'm the 69th viewer of this photo. Woohoo!!! If you ran over mulitple beholders with a tank (thinking about its tracks) maybe it would look like that.

Maybe they're a weird new breed of beholder who inhabits industrial locations and just watches us. They're studying us, but why?
