Such is the temporal nature of our cities and the infrastructure they need to live. The balance between preserving the old and forging on with the new is a tough one, but one that London does better than we give her credit for. Lots Road will never hold the public eye like Battersea, how many powerstations need to be kept for us to remember our industrial past?
