It's in a little gasworks... I still think they breed seahorses in them.

Wow, they still have oil in some of them. They look like machine lubricator tubes. Pretty much keeping hydrolics and pneumatic machines well lubed. KY can't even match that. Shazam!

If you look at most machinery using hydrolics you will find they are a common sight. They're used to detect air / water and any other kinds of contaminants in hydrolic fluid.
