My first experience with tungsten white-balance in a burnt out house. You never forget your first tungsten usage ;) The house belonged to an author who died in the fire I believe. Copies of his book on biology were scattered everywhere. It was a creepy place. Tungsten white balance. Of all my topside photos, this is one of the few that has *that* lighting. Its soft, diffused and perfect. I've seen the effect in lots of places, I just so rarely capture it. ISO 50

After dark the city is ours.
From secret tunnels to rancid sewers, subways, bridges and space relics, if it's adventure you want you'll find it here. The city is our playground, the city as you've never seen it before.

Do you know if the house is still standing? Or has it been bulldozed. Brisbane sure does love bulldosing old buildings...

Absolutely no idea, I haven't lived in brisbane for 4 years, and haven't been to where this house was in about 8.
