This reminds me a lot about the old (1910-1915) powerplants in northern Sweden. 60-90 meters down into the ground, these tunnels are incredibly beautiful. Perhaps a future place for you turists. :)
Holy crap that was you! Before I was a member of UER I read your writeup on this linked through the SA forums. I've gotta say, this was the ballsiest location I have ever seen. Most locations run the risk of crazy hobos or getting arrested/shot at - but this one - if something went wrong it meant solitary death. You have my utmost respect.--

The tunnels can't flood since they run downhill. The only flooding is at the very end where rocks have partially clogged the opening. wish I could go down there for a personal look.
