Was the sky like that or did you do some smudging? The colours are so rich, was it tripod & long exposure..What time of day, late arvo??

This photo was shot late at night. Over the 1minute of exposure the clouds streak through the frame causing the smudged look.
Rad photography, the old powerhouse if i'm not mistaken?
