The end of the desc above gives it away a little. It's a retarding basin of sorts. I cannot tell you where it is, I was generously shown by some friends. Contact the Cave Clan, they can help you. Clown, the purple is from the white balance on the camera; 2800k from memory.

In Poland there are no cool underground tunnels or instalations. Only some flooded old bunkers.
It's beautiful and amazing... What is that anyway?! It looks like power generator. But that sparks are too big. 1 centimeter of spark = 10,000 Volts, so the source generates 2 - 3 MegaVolts. Who uses so many energy underground?!
would be much cooler if it was an underground monster generator arching to the walls. damn, now im dissappointed it only has sewerage in it. haha
that "purple" light is probably just purple fringing from a long shutter? dont know how it reflects off the ground tho :P
my other guess is that the actual torch is a LED not bulb?...
