Sitting alone at the summit of a laticework spire, 30+ stories above the busy city. Moving around might shake the small platform and therefore the camera so you sit still as the emulsion soaks up the view. Looking out from the top of world evokes sensations of immortality and godliness. Unfortunately gravity has very, very different views. This shot wouldn't have been possible if not for the evil geniuses at Manfrotto. Horizontal mounting of the tripod center column! Their cunning is astounding :) 5min f5.6 Fuji Provia 100f

It is an old photo, and not taken at Roma St. It was taken in the city :) Use the landmarks in the photo and you might be able to place it.
