Wow...
Is this tunnel part of the South Brisbane Catacombs? There are a couple of photos of the catacombs in the John Oxley Library I believe.

hmm this room used to look good until some graffiti wankers got in there just recently.
I agree . some people seem to have no respect for this stuff, but what can one do at the end of the day, all you can do is grin and bare it. sometimes you have got to give in to the fact that morons are everywhere and no matter how much you try protect something, nothing is ever sacred.

Hey Geoff W and putup, I'm a journo, I'm keen to do a yarn about the Brisbane Underground and other tunnels. If anyone is keen get back to me.
i dissagree, fresh grafiti agaisnt such a rough textured and aged backround would make for some brilliant shots. although these dudes are just wack.
There are plenty of pieces of stone elsewhere without any significance for the self aggrandising to spooge their graff onto. I like graff but there are plenty of other places but this. I can bet you it no longer looks fresh.
